ABOUT COMIDA PAWS
COMIDA PAWS was born out of our passion for a healthy nutrition and the love for our dogs. Chef Chris Foy, a former lawyer born and raised in Brazil was mentored by her European grandparents and got to learn the concept of “farm to table” at early age by cooking with fresh ingredients from their backyard. She is a graduate of Gwinnett Technical College, in Georgia, working as a corporate chef, certified by the American Culinary Federation, a proud member of the board of directors of Atlanta Chefs Association and very active in the chefs community in Atlanta, GA.
The inspiration behind the brand is Gabriel: a playful pit/boxer mix that enjoys eating fresh fruit and vegetables. Throughout his dog’s life he developed some food allergies that led Chef Chris to research the best for his daily nutrition and consequently a desire to create a high quality snack, packed with a high content of protein and human grade fresh ingredients.
